These terms govern your use of healforyoulight.com.au and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
"We", "us", "our" means Heal For You Light Pty Ltd, ABN 14 700 920 752, PO Box 827, Robina QLD 4226.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By ordering you confirm that you are.
2. THE PRODUCT IS A GENERAL WELLNESS DEVICE
The Heal For You Light is a general wellness device for home use. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.
Nothing on this website is medical advice. It is general information only and does not take account of your individual circumstances. If you have a health concern, speak to a qualified health practitioner.
Speak to your doctor before using the device if you are pregnant, are photosensitive, take any medication or supplement that increases light sensitivity, have active or undiagnosed skin lesions, have a history of skin cancer, have had recent surgery on the area you intend to use it on, or have epilepsy or any photosensitive condition.
You must read and follow the safety information supplied with the device before first use. In particular: never look directly into the LEDs, keep your eyes closed during any session on the face or head, and do not use it on or near the eyes of infants or young children.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND SPECIFICATIONS
We publish measured irradiance figures, wavelengths and technical specifications in good faith, based on manufacturer testing. Irradiance values are typical, measured on-axis at the centre of the array at 100% output with pulse off, with a tolerance of ±20%. Actual output varies with distance, angle and individual unit.
4. ORDERS AND PRICING
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, for example where a product is out of stock, where there's been a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
We may change prices at any time. Changes don't affect orders we've already accepted.
5. PAYMENT
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. We don't store your full card details.
6. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Our Shipping and Refund policies form part of these terms.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product photography, our brand name and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.
8. YOUR CONDUCT ON THIS SITE
Don't use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it or gain unauthorised access to it, scrape or harvest data from it, or post content that is false, defamatory, offensive, or infringes anyone's rights. By submitting reviews, questions or photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display them in connection with our business.
9. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a consumer guarantee applies and our liability can be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss or injury arising from use of the device other than in accordance with the supplied instructions and safety information.
10. CHANGES
We may update these terms. The current version is always published here with the date it was last updated. Changes don't apply retrospectively to orders already placed.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
