Not in the box, and why
-
No wall charger. You almost certainly own several. Any standard USB power source charges it — including the one on your bedside table.
How to use it
Hold it 5–15 cm from the area you're using it on — around 10 cm suits most people. Set the timer anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes; fifteen is the sweet spot most people settle into. Two or three sessions a week is typical, and daily is fine. If you're going more than once a day, leave at least six hours between sessions.
It comes with you
At 244 grams it's smaller than a paperback and lives in the travel case it ships with. The 18.5 Wh battery is comfortably under the 100 Wh limit airlines set for carry-on, so it travels in the cabin with you. Never in checked baggage — lithium batteries aren't permitted in the hold.
Payment options
Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay, or choose PayPal at checkout and then Pay in 4 to split it into four interest-free payments of $124.75 — the first at checkout, then three fortnightly. Pay in 4 is a continuing credit contract provided by PayPal Credit Pty Ltd, available to Australian residents on eligible purchases under $2,000, and subject to eligibility criteria and a suitability assessment.
Warranty and support
12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, running from the day your device is delivered rather than the day you ordered. Every unit carries a batch code on its base, so we can trace exactly which production run yours came from. Free shipping Australia-wide, dispatched from Queensland.

Safety — please read before your first session
-
Do not look directly into the LEDs. The light is bright and the near-infrared is invisible to the eye, so you won't get the natural instinct to look away.
- Keep your eyes closed during any session on the face or head, and wear the supplied goggles. Eye protection is recommended for all facial use, and for anyone else in the room during use. A pair of goggles is supplied with this device.
- Do not use on or near the eyes of infants or young children. Not a toy — children should only use it with adult supervision.
-
Speak with your doctor before use if you are pregnant, are photosensitive, take any medication or supplement that increases light sensitivity, have active or undiagnosed skin lesions, have a history of skin cancer, or have had recent surgery on the target area. If you have epilepsy or any photosensitive condition, do not use Pulse mode without medical advice.
- Do not use while charging. Do not use if the lens, housing or cable is damaged, or if the battery appears swollen.
- Not waterproof. Wipe with a soft dry or lightly dampened cloth — no solvents, alcohol or abrasive cleaners.
- Stop use and contact us if the device becomes uncomfortable to hold or if your skin becomes irritated.
