Full 36-page report covering conducted and radiated emissions, electrostatic discharge, RF immunity and power-frequency magnetic fields, in both charging and battery modes. Overall result: pass.

Regulatory position
This is a general wellness product, not a medical device
Heal For You Light HHRL-001 is not included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it is not supplied for use on patients as part of a billed treatment.
We supply it to clinics on one basis: as a retail product your clients buy and take home for their own general wellbeing. Stocking it on that basis is straightforward. Using it within a treatment, or promoting it as doing anything therapeutic, is not something this product supports and not something we can support you in.
Every stockist receives a one-page list of claims that must not be made in store, in print or online. It forms part of the supply agreement. We would rather lose an order than have a claim made on our behalf that neither of us can stand behind.

Terms
Payment before despatch on a first order, then 14 days on account. Freight charged at cost from our Queensland warehouse. Minimum order five units. Tier pricing applies per order, not cumulatively across the year.
Support included
A counter stand for your reception, and all of our digital product photography for your own use — your website, socials, waiting room screens and in-clinic displays. A demonstration unit for the counter is $199 with any order, limited to one per clinic every 12 months — free with any order of 30 units or more.
Warranty handling
The device carries a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. The customer emails us with their proof of purchase and we take it from there. No claims to process, no stock to hold, no follow-up calls — we handle the after-sales so you get that time back in your clinic.
